| Of course not! Noble gases already have full shells thus do not need to gain anymore electrons. Diatomic elements are usually bonded covalently, and noble gases do not bond with any other elements, thus will never be diatomic. | |||

| Goals and values of society have a strong influence over their choice of economic system and level of government intervention. A free economy, planned economy, and mixed economy all have their advantages and disadvantages. A free economy is central to increasing productive capacity. It is essential for economic growths in most cases. For example, Hong Kong is the freest market economy in the world, and it relies on and gains lots of profit from international trade.Planned economy also a lot of advantages when a society is focusing on a public good, for example, education. Founding a school is not very profitable, yet it is crucial. In a free economic system, there will be lots of people willing to get educated, resulting in education to have a higher cost. This could cause some poorer people to not get sufficient education, which is not a good thing. However, if there is government's interference, education could be compulsory if the government thinks so, and in this way, everyone can get educated, which is beneficial to society. It is also the same for other public goods, like healthcare and vaccinations. There won't be a purely "free" or "planned" economy in any country. In most cases, when a society wants more economic growth and wants the economy to be self-sufficient, the economy will be "freer", closer to a "Free Economy". When the society thinks that a product is non-profitable but is important, the economy will tend to be closer to a "planned economy". | |||

| Earthquakes, the violent shaking and vibrations of the Earth’s crust, are distributed unevenly around the globe. They are mainly located near the plate boundaries, with a few of them located in the middle of a plate. This is because when two plates are touching each other and not moving smoothly, friction is formed and pressure is built up. There is more energy stored at the boundaries of tectonic plates, so there are more earthquakes at the plate boundaries. There are places with lots of earthquakes, such as the East of Eurasian Plate, the West of North America Plate, and the West of South America Plate. Some specific countries, such as Japan, are located close to the plate boundaries, therefore has a lot of earthquakes.

![]() Group: Administrators
Messages: 19
| Recently, I embed some Python codes in my blog. An example of this is this newly published post: https://blog.becomingcelia.com/2019/08/blog-post_43.html. The code embedded in the post is to help you to find out if a number is or is not a prime number. If not, it will list out all the factors it has. But how do you run it? By pressing the green button (it might not be green but just click it until the program starts), the program will start and you will be able to type into the dark-blue area. ![]() Comment under the thread if you have any problem! Messages: 19
| The button does not log you into the blog, but it brings you to the login page of the forum. After logging in or register, you will be able to view threads and create threads. This means that you will still not be able to view password protected pages in the blog (you will need to contact the admin). | |||
